Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We handle these on a case by case basis. So please contact us ASAP support@likinbikin.com We'll get some information from you, get you
an Return Authorization#, and get you satisfied.  
On the return shipping, if it's our bad (we sent you the wrong item), we'll get the return shipping cost.
If it's a manufacturer's defect or product warranty issue we'll get the shipping on that too... (You'll still need to contact for an RA#)
If you don't like something that was skillfully described and photographed complete with size charts, email
support@likinbikin.com and tell
us what's up. As long as it's new, unused, still has the tags on it, we'll take it back.

Free shipping deal started 3/25/2011. We cannot refund any shipping collected prior to that date.

Question: I live in ___. Will you ship to me?
Answer:  Depends on what you are ordering. Some manufacturers do not want us to ship internationally. We
respect that. Please contact us and we'll arrange according to your needs and location.
Question: I heard about the Likin' Bikin' rides and was thinking about joing y'all sometime. Where's the info on that?
Answer:  We put our riding plans/dates/times/locations on the L'B' Facebook page. If you're anti-Facebook, that's ok. You don't need to
sign-in to see the updates. The thing is, FB makes a really good online bulletin-board for getting updates out to everyone. And since
blogging, tweeting, constant-contacting all take more time, FB keeps it simple.

Question:  I really like the ___'s. How do I know if they'll fit?
Answer:  You have options here. First, you can ask us. We have much sizing info here, including our own experience.
(we use the same stuff). Or, you can check the size chart on the item's product page on our site, or the
manufacturer's.
We ship in-stock items within 24 hrs of your order, and for NO-CHARGE if over $49 (Sundays and holidays exculded... and sometimes Saturdays
too). If you would like us to special order items, (like stuff from Canada), it'll take longer... in which case we'll let you know right away.
Free Shipping offers are for domestic USA destinations within the 48 contiguous states only.
Except in certain cases, those free shipping offers  go via USPS Post. Larger items, like bikes, frames, wire bead tires, etc., will be sent via UPS.

Shipping info:
Question: Do you really have ___ in stock?
Answer:  The short answer is, "Usually".  The longer answer, the products on this site are also available in our retail
store. When items are purchased in store, we try to replace them and/or remove them from the online inventory as
soon as possible. However, sometimes backorders happen.
If this system allows you to put an out-of-stock item in your cart, we will contact you immediately with 1) How long it
will take to get the item to you, and 2) An easy option to cancel, if you need to.
Of course, items like complete bikes/build kits, and custom wheels take a few days to build/compile. Again, we will
contact you soon after your order, with eta's.
RIMS - Due to the vast variatey of KinLin rims we make available to you (something like 57 different
models/drillings/colors/sizes in road hoops alone!) we just can't stock them all, and sometimes have them
drop-shipped.
Any other drop ship items will be indicated as such on the actual product page.

Question: I live in New England, can I pick up my order?
Answer:  Yes! Please do so! We've got lots of other stuff here too! We have in-store-only products which don't always
make it on to this site. Some, like KHS complete bikes, are because the manufacturer would like us to build and
adjust for you. We respect that.
Others, like large component companies (rhymes with "Mimano") just like to control the web (see next question).
In either case,
come on by, we'll even give you a cup of coffee!

Question:  Free Shipping oon orders over $49? What's the catch?
Answer: The only catch is, we choose the shipping method. More on that below.  As for hidden fees? NONE. In fact,
we're in NH, which is a
No Sales Tax state. So the price you see is the final price you pay to your doorstep. That's it.
Question: Why can't I find Shimano products on LikinBikin.com?
Answer: Here's the deal, we do have some Shimano (pedals only) in the shop. We can't ship them though. The invoices we get with those
padals state:
                  "SHIMANO PRODUCTS MAY ONLY BE SOLD ON THE
                  INTERNET OR BY MAIL ORDER BY SHIMANO AUTHORIZED
                  INTERNET AND MAIL ORDER RETAILERS"
We are not authorized Shimano INTERNET retailers. Apparently only bicycle experts, like Amazon.com can sell Shimano online. And
apparently they can do so at a fraction of what Shimano "suggests" we sell them for.
That said, we will get you Shimano, if you want. We will NOT "price-match" Shimano anything. In fact, in most cases, we will show you
alternatives. Alternatives you may not have even known were available.
